You will remain fully clothed during all healing sessions. It is best to wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows for ease and comfort.

It is important to give yourself space and time to integrate the experience, drink plenty of water, and avoid stressful activities for 24-48 hours to allow your body to fully absorb the benefits.
